Refund policy
Intec offers 30 days to return any unused item purchased directly from Intec America Corporation. If you made a purchase from an authorized Intec representative, you will have to return the item to the place of purchase.
Intec offers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on all of its ionization systems from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the system for a full refund. Warranty information must be on company file with proof of purchase date. Instructions are listed below:
How to return your item:
- Get in touch: Contact Intec America Corporation and request an RGA # and to get return instructions.
- Wrap it up: Here’s what you’ll need to include in your package:
- The box your purchase came in
- The device or accessory
- Other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the device
- The form we give you with the return instructions.
- Send it back to Intec America Corporation: Package and ship your return according to the instructions in the email from Intec America Corporation support. You are responsible for making sure that the item arrives at Intec America Corporation in its original condition.
