  • Custom-built or made-to-order systems may require additional lead time
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once shipped

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain disruptions

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Liftgate service may incur additional charges
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring delivery access

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email
  • Carrier details for shipment tracking

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional fees
  • Any carrier rerouting or address correction charges will be the customer’s responsibility

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Intec America is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Carrier delays outside our control

If an issue arises, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
  2. Note any visible damage with the carrier before signing (for freight shipments)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing
  • Intec America is not responsible for customs delays or fees

10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location

Customers will receive tracking for each shipment.


11. Backorders

If an item is out of stock:

  • You will be notified with an estimated ship date
  • Partial shipments may be made when available
  • You may request to cancel backordered items for a refund
